I want a short, sweet, simple, well-programmed, authentic-looking, FREE Matrix screensaver. Still others keep it short and sweet, but are so poorly programmed that they peg the CPU to 100% (bad when you're burning CDs) or keep power management from kicking in or otherwise disrupt the workings of a good computer. Other screensavers may have the right visuals, but they try to be clever by adding 'features' you can't turn off, like random 'Matrix-related phrases' and clocks and other such things. They completely ignore the 'glyphs' (reverse katakana, usually) and other characters that show up in the Matrix screens, or they fix the resolution to something stupid like 640x480, creating a tiny matrixbox in the middle of the screen or forcing the monitor to switch resolutions just to save the screen. Okay, most 'Matrix' screensavers just have randomly falling letters and numbers, usually (but not always) tinted green.
